Deep Relaxation Sessions Via Zoom
Join us for a time of intentional self care in this stressful season. We’ll start with deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation to let go of the tension and toxins that may be building up in our bodies, then move to a guided imagery. The focus of the imagery will be releasing the things we’ve been carrying that may be weighing us down, and receiving the positive vibes that we desire to take with us on our continuing journey.
