Adele Seebold ~ Executive Director

Adele Seebold is the Executive Director of Kavanna House and serves the ministry through administrative and business management support.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and a minor in women's studies from Duke University.  For more than 20 years, Adele held various leadership positions in non-profit organizations in Maryland and Pennsylvania, with the majority of her career spent working in volunteer management.  Because of her personal journey with living well with bipolar disorder, Adele has a heart and a calling for working with women living with mood disorders.

Deb Turnow ~ Director, The Intimacy Project

Deb Turnow is the Founder of and Director of The Intimacy Project at Kavanna House. After some years doing this work in the context of the church, she sensed God's invitation to open Kavanna House.  She is a trained spiritual director, graduating from the Spiritual Guidance Program at Shalem Institute.  In addition, she received training in the supervision of spiritual directors from the Together in the Mystery program at San Francisco Theologicial Seminary.  She has a Master's Degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Spring Arbor University and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from York College.  Before beginning her work in spiritual formation she provided therapy in the York area for survivors of sexual abuse.  Because of that work, she is able to offer the unique gift of spiritual direction for those who have experienced sexual abuse.

Roxanne OReilly

Roxanne O’Reilly ~ Director, Formational Prayer

Roxanne O’Reilly is the Director of Formational Prayer at Kavanna House. She has served in various roles in the nonprofit sector with an emphasis on development for more than 20 years. She is a trained caregiver in the area of formational prayer and a trained spiritual director. She also leads classes in formational prayer, leads the men’s breakfast meetings, and assists with retreats and other classes. In addition, she provides practical expertise in the field of nonprofit development.  As a hobby, she loves photographing people.

 Vicki Scheib

After a number of years on church staff as Director of Single Adult Ministries, Vicki felt led to make her primary investment in the area of spiritual formation.  She transitioned from full-time staff to full-time student, pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership and Spiritual Formation at George Fox Seminary in Portland, OR.  Vicki has been associated with Kavanna House since 2014 and serves as a spiritual director, a group facilitator and an instructor with the Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction.  She leads Calling Adam, a spiritual formation group for men, and developed Restoring Eve, a spiritual formation group for women.  She also facilitates O P E N  S P A C E, a community that provides space to talk about topics that can be challenging to discuss freely in a church setting.  Of particular interest to Vicki is the spiritual formation and identity formation of men and women leaders.  Along with her work at Kavanna House, Vicki is also a registered nurse and in her free time enjoys travel, home projects and walking her dog Luke.
